What will a CPC do?

When buying or selling real estate, you will need to prepare a contract. A CPC will do this for you, along with managing all the necessary matters required to take your sale through to completion

A CPC should explain the contract to you and will negotiate any necessary changes on your behalf. Your CPC will explain mortgage documents and assist you with collating the relevant paper work.

On occasion, your CPC will advise you on the progress of your transaction and act to protect your best interests.
Why should you use a CPC?

A CPC must maintain high professional standards in accordance with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division. According to the Institute, a “CPC must act honestly and ethically” and this is regulated by the Conveyancers Licensing Act.
